François Legault, religious fundamentalism and terrorism invade Quebec and what Philippe Couillard is doing about it? NOTHING

François Legault, religious fundamentalism and terrorism invade Quebec

"We must look reality in the face: our legislative framework is not suited to fight against fundamentalism," argues François Legault, head of the Coalition Avenir Québec ( CAQ).
With the bombings in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu,Ottawa and Paris, Quebecers have realized that religious fundamentalism is a serious issue that should concern us all. This is not an easy matter. But there are solutions to be defined with intelligence and diligence.
The recent controversy surrounding the presence of a radical imam in Montreal showed troubling flaws in our legal system. In the absence of a clear policy on fundamentalism, municipal officials, who were in the front line, were left to themselves. They had to get creative to find a solution with the existing means.

We can not accept, in a society like ours, to resolve such difficult issues improvising. We must look reality in the face: our legislative framework is not suited to fight against fundamentalism. We must modernize to better meet the challenges of today.
The tolerance threshold was crossed
our democracies accept a wide variety of speech. This is an indication of their strength, their confidence in themselves. But this tolerance is not unconditional. We can not tolerate fundamentalism when he teaches and encourages denigration of our most cherished values and threatens to lead to violence.
The proliferation of obscurantist ideas not only incompatible with our way of life, but openly hostile to that -C must be fought. It can have toxic effects on some misguided and desperate spirits. It requires a firm response from the government.
The future Quebec Coalition wishes to contribute to this important debate by proposing constructive solutions. Quebecers must know that it is possible to act, and this in the greatest respect for freedom of expression. Today, one thing is clear: we have here in Quebec, common values which we can be proud of. It is our duty to defend them.
Jean-Marc Fournier Minister profession is difficult to assume.
We believe it is possible to provide at least four legislative changes that would better protect Quebec values.
Edit the Charter exclude all religious accommodation
The first concerns the Charter of Rights and Freedoms. The Charter is a powerful democratic tool. For it to fully play its role, we propose to modify to include a prohibition of repetitive teaching that encourage the denigration of our most fundamental values. Equality between men and women, the freedom to live without discrimination based on race, color or sexual orientation, and freedom of expression are part of the DNA of our company.
Targeted measures
At this first legislative changes add more targeted measures:
We believe that the Municipal Board should be able to refuse to issue a certificate of occupancy when the situation demands. It should also have the possibility of depriving a religious corporation of exemptions from municipal and school taxes.
Finally, in the same spirit, the Enterprise Registrar could deprive needed a religious corporation the QST rebate and revoke his moral person status . Some religions and religious ways of using taxation to supply weaponsto the Islamic States and Al Qaeda!
These amendments have the merit to leverage our institutions and adapted to the context of today. We have a responsibility to provide us with a solid legislative framework to defend our values. Working together to defend the essence of who we are.
But Francois Legault is he also a liar, if he becomes prime minister he will do nothing at all. You will see! We can never trust these rags that we have in the National Assembly of Quebec. And yes, those are bathroom tissue thicknesses to 12 we have in Quebec.
Adil Charkaoui chuckled to see all of you
