Supreme Court will ear Jean-François Morasse against Gabriel Nadeau -Dubois for contempst of court

The Supreme Court agrees to hear the case of Jean-François Morasse trying for three years to convict Gabriel Nadeau-Dubois for contempt of court.

On January 21, the student former leader was acquitted by the Court of Appeal after being convicted at first instance and 120 hours of community service for contempt of court in November 2012. It will be the turn the highest court in the land to rule.
The three judges of the Court of Appeal concluded that Gabriel Nadeau-Dubois had not incited protesters defying a court injunction which allowed students to attend their classes during the student demonstrations of spring  In
2012.denouncing judiciarisassions student conflict on the waves of the Information Network (RDI), Gabriel Nadeau-Dubois took advantage of "freedom of expression" as spokesman student and did not contravene a court order, according to the Court of Appeal.
The student from Laval University, Jean-François Morasse, claimed instead that Nadeau-Dubois had prompted the striking students to prevent held courses and harassing the rights of those who were against the protests.


Jean-François Morasse decided to apply to the highest court in the country to challenge the decision of the Appeal Court.
The Supreme Court has indicated this morning that it agreed in turn to hear the case
