Quebec's public finances are better than expected. 

For the 2015-2016 fiscal year, the budgetary surplus eventually reached $ 1.8 billion. Yet the government of Quebec was counting originally on a balanced budget.

The Quebec government has increased personal income taxes for three years from 3 billion dollars and spending more than two billion. If the government Couillard and Carlos Leitaos are honest they should say they did nothing to balance the budget of the province. Only what they have done is that they have increased revenues by  increase taxes, tariffs and the reduction of services to citizens.

They did not do anything to increase the wealth of the community except for increased salaries of MPs, ministers, deputy ministers and the Prime Minister. The government of Mr. Philippe Couillard was austerity for the least affluent population but did everything to the increased revenue doctors and wealthier society including industry and state companies.

War efforts were made mostly by citizens, taxpayers and tax and not the government apparatus that has continued to grow as a toad that has a cigarette in his mouth to explode.

The government is insatiable devouring, voracious, insatiable, unappeasable, greedy, unsatisfied, voracious, insatiable, hungry, insatiable, greedy, he destroyed his own people like cancer. We can say that our governments are carcinogenic.
