Pakistan: A baby nine months accused of attempted murder


Lahore Pakistan: nine months old,a baby suspected of attempted murder of
a nine-month-old baby from Lahore, Pakistan, was suspected by a police officer, attempted murder. The child had been summoned to court, with other members of his family.
A Pakistani police officer was suspended for suspicion of attempted murder a baby nine months and forced the appearance of the baby before the courts, announced Friday officials. The baby, named Mohammad Musa,was arrested in early February with other family members for throwing stones at representatives of a natural gas company who led an operation to hunt down people hacking gas meters in outskirts of Lahore.


Summoned to court


In its report, the police officer Muhammad Kashif had described the attempted murder of gestures, forcing thirty people to appear on Thursday, including the baby,disturbed,crying on his shoulder grandfather, Muhammad Yasin. "Everyone in court wondered: 'how such a young child can it be involved in such a court case what kind of policy we have?'" Said the grandfather giving a bottle to his grandson son in answering questions from reporters after the hearing.

The judge ordered the suspension of the police officer in question and the baby's liberation will however appear again next week, in this case. "The court should simply acknowledge this innocent child because the minimum age of criminal responsibility is seven years," said Irfan Sadiq Chaudhry, the lawyer of the family in Pakistan..:
