The three elections triggered yesterday cost expensive for taxpayers, who will have to pay generous pensions to three former elected.
These elections are needed to fill the vacancies created by three members of longtime House.

All three have resigned to embark on municipal politics .
The Liberal Maurizio Bevilacqua left Ottawa and covets the post of chief magistrate of the City of Vaughan, Ontario.
The Conservative Inky Mark is the same function in the City of Dauphin, Manitoba, while the NDP Judy Wasylycia Leis wants to become the mayor of Winnipeg, Manitoba's capital.
These three races for mayor know their outcome this week, Canadians, for their part, will pay a pension for life to the three former MPs.
A pension of $ 131,000

MR. Bevilacqua is the one who will receive the largest pension, which will reach $ 131,000 per year from its 55th anniversary in 2015.
Ms. Wasylycia-Leis and Mark, both elected in 1997, are entitled to a share pension $ 68,000 per year.
The candidate for mayor of Winnipeg has promised to donate his pension to charities if elected Wednesday.
Other elections are likely to be triggered in the coming weeks or coming months.
A bit annoying
Today,  MP ConservativeJay Hill resign in turn after 17 years in Ottawa. Mr. Hill, who represents a riding in northern British Columbia, was a member of the Reform Party [merged with the Progressive Conservative Party], who was elected by promising to abolish the pensions of MPs. He will leave Ottawa with an annual pension of $ 110,000.

The Bloc MP Jean-YvesRoy,who announced Friday that he will no longer represent the citizens of the riding of Haute-Gaspésie-La Mitis-Matane-Matapédia, will receive a annual pension of $ 46,000.
The members of the pension plan is controversial for a long time because of his generosity. For every dollar donated by a member in his plan, taxpayers added four.
During the recession, while most Canadians have seen their pensions lose value because of the stock markets wobbled, one of Deputies, for its part, saw its value rise by 10%.
The MP pensions are indexed to life and the payments increase at a rate of 3.3% per year. Inflation in the country is currently at 1.9%, according to the Bank of Canada.
Members must be aged 55 or over to their pensions, but they are entitled to a sum of $ 28,000 per year as soon as they have served at least six years in the House of Commons.

For members who are elected for decades, as was the case of the formerprime Liberalminister Jean Chrétien (1963-1986 and 1990-2003) for 36 years, the annual pension is even more important. The "little guy from Shawinigan" receives an annual pension of about $ 300,000.

Gilles Duceppe receives $ 115,000 annually and still receives provincial contracts. We sucions until the last senne.

While the Canadian Taxpayers Federation said yesterday that some members would be entitled to federal beaten very generous pensions, sitting MPs in the National Assembly are not left out either and enjoying some incommensurate pension plan with what in the private sector.
In January, Team of the JE was entrusted to a specialist from Laval University, Professor actuarial Claire Bilodeau, the list of ten current and former MPs and ministers to it calculates retirement.
The survey, which required scientific calculations, was particularly found that the Leader of the Opposition in the city ofMontreal,LouiseHarel, was entitled to an annual pension estimated at $ 117,248. Ms. Harel has been serving in the National Assembly as an MP and PQ minister for 27 years.
We also learned that the Liberal justice minister, Jean-MarcFournier,back in politics since last August, could receive a retirement 69 $ 599 per year from age 60 for those 14 years have passed service.
As for WilliamCusano,Liberal MP for 26 years, I were to reveal that he was eligible for the sum of $ 99,127 each year. Mr. Cusano has never served on the Council of Ministers.
Cheaper than in Ontario
as I was pointing out that the Quebec Pension Plan was more advantageous than the Ontario scheme, insofar as it is defined benefit, while the regime Ontario MPs are defined contribution plans.
A defined benefit plan is considered more attractive because it protects the beneficiary in case of market collapse and guarantees stable income in retirement.

In an interview with Money, the compensation expert Jérôme Côté, of 37-2 firm stressed that the defined benefit plan represented an anachronism in today's workplace. "The underlying trend is the gradual disappearance of this type of plan, for defined contribution plans, much less risky for the employer," he said.
Mr Side believes that there is almost no equivalent to what is offered to MPPs in the private sector, except what is for some very senior executives. "These are very generous schemes that are a form of deferred compensation," he said.
A deputy provincial receives a base salary of $ 85,388, plus various bonuses according to cumulative functions. If no re-election, a Quebec member is entitled to severance pay of tens of thousands of dollars.
Mr. Côté believes that this type of financial benefit is to attract the best candidates and to protect the elected members of the pressure lobbyists and bribes. "We do not want them to be subjected to undue pressure because they lack money," he says.

Judges retirement pensions, ex-MPs, elected officials, university managers CEGEP, School Board, Hydro-Québec, SAQ, SAAQ, etc. It never ends.

JeanCharest, the best Premier of Quebec also receives several hundred thousand dollars a year. He always vowed that he will participate addition to the corruption of politicians under his glorious reign. My ministers, deputies, mayors, heads of agencies know well how my life has been sacrificed for all of you.
Even GillesVaillancourt,Laval our thief receives a pension of hundreds of thousands of dollars a year, even if he robbed us for years.

Later we ask idiots of people to pay more for pension plans because they are deficient. We elected elite and we have sacrificed all our lives at your expense. It is therefore necessary and respectable that you must do everything for us to keep all of these benefits on you, dear fellow citizens. What could you do with so much money at?
You used to have nothing. We do not want to traumatize you with too much retirement income. We are here for you and completely devour you like sharks gliding on Vaques the inexhaustible richness of our dear taxpayers. You should get on your knees and pray for our comfort until the end of today.

Tighten the belt a little, contributed more to the pension plan of your employers and moreover you will feel like you have done your duty as good citizens to your elected officials and state. The state is us and you are nothing.
